Catering to Parisians of all nationalities since 1990, Thanksgiving can provide just great food, or full service including waitstaff and rentals. Our style, drawn from Louisiana's Cajun and Creole cultures, reflects the creativity and diversity of the ever-evolving American cuisine, with a hint of international inspiration.
Whether contemplating a cocktail/dinner buffet for twenty, a sit-down family dinner for twelve, or a reception for one hundred, we will be happy to create a personal menu based upon the occasion, the facilities, and your budget.
Please call us to discuss - after getting to know a bit about how you operate we can offer a formula that fits your needs, space, material and budget. For large companies with a restaurant or cafeteria, we can work with your chefs to concoct an American-themed breakfast or lunch.
American holiday fare is what we most love to do: the traditional Thanksgiving dinner has been our specialty since 1990. Whole roast, cornbread-stuffed turkeys with gravy, cranberry sauce, candied yams, pecan green beans and the traditional desserts are made on premises and must be ordered in advance.

We also create menus and supply seasonal items such as turkeys, ham, ribs, jambalaya, cole slaw, and potato salad to celebrate other holidays such as the 4th of July, Christmas, Mardi Gras, Easter, or just your birthday ...
Our restaurant, located in Paris' historic Marais district, can accommodate up to twenty-two seated guests and is available for private parties. A solution when your guest list is larger than your living room!
